Another Tsunami Benefit

This is old news, but this benefit might be worth a watch. Who can resist Tom Jones, anyway?

Madonna and Maroon 5 have signed on to play the charity telethon Tsunami Aid: A Concert of Hope, which will air Saturday (January 15) at 8 p.m. on NBC and its affiliate networks--USA, Bravo, SCI-FI, MSNBC and CNBC. They join previously announced performers for the all-star event, including Stevie Wonder, Diana Ross, Sheryl Crow, Christina Aguilera, Tim McGraw, Norah Jones, Sarah McLachlan, Lenny Kravitz, Brian Wilson, John Mayer, India.Arie, Tom Jones, Kenny Chesney, Mary J. Blige, Roger Waters, and Gloria Estefan.

Proceeds from the two-hour live broadcast will go to the American Red Cross to support relief efforts in Southeast Asia. More than 150,000 people died as a result of December's tsunamis.
