Hilary Swank is apparently challenging a fine she received for bringing an apple and an orange into New Zealand. I read this and immediately thought, "why is this a story?" And then I went to CNN.com and they had a poll asking readers if she was correct for challenging the fine. Michael Jackson doesn't come to court in pajama pants so this is the only story they could find?
