Amazing Race

Okay, I'll admit it. I was skeptical about Rob & Amber being on this show. In fact, it was the likelihood that they would be the featured act, that made me cringe when I thought about the new season. But, I was wrong. Yep. I admit it.

If Rob & Amber continue, this could possibly be the best season ever of Amazing Race. The fact that Rob is pulling the same stunts as he did on Survivor, is cracking me up. Did these other contestants never watch Rob? I mean seriously! He was only on TWO different Survivor seasons for cripe's sake!

I totally loved it when Rob got the security dude to lie about the departure time of the bus. When accused of lying by Heidi (or was it Megan?), was she serious? Like SHE would never lie and always play fair? C'mon, people... get real!

And, while on the bus he made nice with a few of the other contestants and they all pitched in some pesos to get the driver to only open the front doors. Smooth move, there Rob.... especially the part about keeping YOUR money and using everyone else's to bribe the driver.

And really, the funniest part about all this, is the fact that the same people he keeps duping will continue to play along with his games and various ploys. It's like he has them under a spell... or in a stupor... or something. How does the guy do it? Is it that Boston accent or is he just that sly? I don't know, but it sure makes for entertaining tv!
