Anyone Can Write Kids Books

Although he was recently rehired by Donald Trump, original Apprentice winner Bill Rancic has so much free time between his media appearances that he's writing yet another book. (His first is You're Hired: How to Succeed in Business and Life from the Winner of The Apprentice.) The new tome is a children's book, and it is creatively titled Beyond the Lemonade Stand.

A press release identifies it as "an advice book for children ages 8-12 who are looking to get ahead," which would be funny if it wasn't so pathetic and sad. Gawker slams the book, but then hears from an editor at the book's publisher Penguin "that Rancic's royalties will be going to charity."
