He's drinking again. Seriously, the rumor is Laura Bush found him drinking shots by himself at his ranch in Crawford.

No, we gotta take this one LITERALY. He FELL OFF TH WAGON! The klutz previosly fell offa bike, and bfore that got clobberd by a pretzel!
