It's all coming together...
Sony is launching a line of laptops in Japan that work as DVRs. They record 222 hours (222!) of TV. It's not scheduled for the U.S. yet, but you can bet that if it doesn't make it here, something else will.
Um I think my Tivo and Time Warner DVR have come close. Of course I record shows that are on 4 times a day like modern marvels and my cousin that lives with me records lots of cartoons. :-)

Who the hell has time to watch 222 hours of television? Is anyone able to even FIND that many hours to record???
