I agree. Everyone does deserve a second chance. IF we think about it ..half of hollywood has criminal records and i garauntee one of your favorite actors, actress, singer, whatever has a criminal record...look into that and give Scott the chance to better his and his sons life. At least he's not somewhere selling drugs but he's trying to do soemthing positive
just becouse he is a criminal dosent mean he is a bad singer
