"CLEVELAND, Ohio (AP) -- A viewer is suing NBC for $2.5 million, contending that he threw up because of a "Fear Factor" episode in which contestants ate rats mixed in a blender."
First off, I'm ashamed to see this guy is from Ohio. Makes the rest of us look bad. Poo on him! Secondly, his lawsuit was HANDWRITTEN. Okay.... and thirdly, the guy is watching Fear Factor. What the hell did he expect to see on there? Perhaps NBC should sue HIM for stupidity and ignorance.
His response in regards to why he's suing for so much?
"I just put any figure. You really think I expect to get $2.5 million?" he said.
